A mortgage lending service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Mortgage Loan Processor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing closing statements and informs borrowers
  • Confirming mortgage loan application information by mailing verification forms
  • Preparing mortgage loan file by reviewing loan application

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • FNMA / FHLMC and FHA/VA programs required
  • Strong knowledge in “A” Paper
  • Minimum of 3 years’ current experience in the mortgage industry
  • Working knowledge of Orijin
