Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Mortgage Underwriter.
Must be able to:
- Gather, analyze and interpret all types of credit information
- Develop and maintain a loan underwriting portfolio
- Approve and/or deny loans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Training period is 30-60 days and will be held in person and once a month in-person visits to office
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of mortgage underwriting experience
- Advanced understanding of factors affecting real estate values and credit analysis
- Good mathematical skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills
