Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Senior Mortgage Underwriter in Irvine.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Completes a thorough analysis of loan files
- Evaluates the entire credit package and collateral for residential mortgage loans
- Checks the accuracy of all calculations and data integrity
Skills and Requirements Include:
- An Active DE/CHUMS and LAPP/SAR
- Minimum three years of recent mortgage underwriting experience
- Experience with private investor and private mortgage insurance guidelines
- Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills
