Job Summary
A crowd-sourced review platform is in need of a Telecommute Senior Multi Location Revenue Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Administering compensation logic and handling tier 2 escalations from managers
- Creating and enforcing on assignment strategies for new business, post sale & pilots
- Working on ad hoc and recurring reporting to sales leaders on performance and forecasting
Position Requirements Include:
- Have a basic understanding of account assignment policies and report building for customer success
- Exhibit intermediate level Salesforce skills (basic reporting skills + SFDC Data loader)
- Exhibit fundamental Excel and Google Sheets skills (intermediate formulas and pivot tables)
- Have familiarity with SQL and/or Tableau
- Possess keen customer service and communication skills to provide appropriate feedback in a timely manner
