Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Network Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Documenting all network designs, technology selections, etc.
- Providing oversight of configuration, maintenance, monitor, and capacity planning related network infrastructures
- Performing network design validation and deployment
Position Requirements Include:
- You are experienced with IP network designs, NAT, Cisco products, IP routing protocols (EIGRP & BGP), Cisco IOS and similar network operating systems
- You must have extensive hands-on experiences with implementations, network designs, and troubleshooting in multi-data center and multi-tenant environments
- You have experience with establishing vendor and/or service selection criteria to make product and other technology-related selections and document the entire process as well as present the selection
- You have experience with creating, updating and coordinating the implementation plan for all network related items
- You must have hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst switch line of products
