• Providing Level 3 support for complex enterprise break/fix
• Managing medium size projects and developing documentation
• Troubleshooting VPNs and Firewalls

Required Skills:

• Must be able to attend meetings with Management and clients (10%) and perform 15% domestic travel
• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two to five years related experience
• CCDA or CCDP
• CCIE or CCNP with equivalent experience, with proven specialization in either voice or security or equivalent experience
