Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Network Engineer in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing both the physical and wireless networks
  • Maintaining network performance
  • Troubleshooting network problems

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of eight years of hands-on experience with certification or six years of hands-on experience with certification and a bachelor's degree of computer science
  • Firewall experience and specifically exposure to CheckPoint Firewalls.
  • Switching experience, specifically Arista and/or Cisco
  • AWS networking products
  • Must have experience maintaining and managing Wireless LANs
  • Extensive knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN systems, LAN protocols, VPN/SSL solutions, and Antivirus/Malware solutions
