Job Summary
A retailer is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Network Security Engineer in Omaha.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and responding to malicious activity
- Monitoring assets, network and data to ensure the prevention of events
- Creating and evaluating intrusion prevention systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of information security experience
- 2+ years with SIEM, IPS/IDS, and vulnerability scanning technologies
- 2+ years involvement with Security projects, including defining requirements, and developing project plans
- Current relevant experience with investigative and analytical problem solving skills
- Experience working with Security Operations Center environments
