Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Nonprofit Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Develop reports to evaluate compensation programs
- Coordinate, advance and coach continuous improvement enhancements for automated processes
- Develop, implement and administer compensation and incentive policy, procedures, practices and programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Assists in presentation delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent relevant education and/or experience)
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of HR, compensation, data manipulation and analysis experience
- Must be able to conduct compensation research and analysis in database, spreadsheet and compensation software packages
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for financial modeling, incentive plan design, market benchmarking and job evaluation
- Experience with Microsoft Access Database (SQL) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
