Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Nonprofit Compensation Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Develop reports to evaluate compensation programs
  • Coordinate, advance and coach continuous improvement enhancements for automated processes
  • Develop, implement and administer compensation and incentive policy, procedures, practices and programs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Assists in presentation delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent relevant education and/or experience)
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of HR, compensation, data manipulation and analysis experience
  • Must be able to conduct compensation research and analysis in database, spreadsheet and compensation software packages
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for financial modeling, incentive plan design, market benchmarking and job evaluation
  • Experience with Microsoft Access Database (SQL) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
