Job Summary
A multinational internet retailer has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Online Retail Central Economics Data Scientist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing, developing and evaluating data science pipelines and models for customer level predictions
- Developing and validating KPIs to measure model quality and impact at scale
- Aligning the ML model outputs and design to the needs of our internal customers
Position Requirements Include:
- M.S./M.A. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field or
- Undergraduate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years post degree experience in building statistical/ML models for prediction and classification
- 2+ years experience working with big datasets
- Ability to design, develop and evaluate data science pipelines and models for customer level predictions
- Ability to align the ML model outputs and design to the needs of our internal customers
