Job Summary
A workers’ compensation healthcare administrator needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop manage and coach managers and supervisors to build successful teams that deliver 5 Star customer experience
- Analyze daily, weekly, monthly and historical performance to improvement in KPIs and close gaps
- Ensure adequate coverage, including making decisions regarding scheduling changes in conjunction with work force management team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field
- AND minimum of 5 – 7 years of relevant experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must be comfortable adapting and leading initiatives for rapidly shifting goals
- Ability to direct the activities of Operations team including hiring, onboarding, and professional development activities
