Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Oracle and SQL Database Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Responding to telephone calls, email, instant messages and assigned tickets from customers,
- Providing high level technical resolution for incidents received via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Installing, updating and upgrading Oracle & MSSQL Databases
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5+ yrs. of relevant experience in Oracle Support for mission critical environments
- Strong Knowledge on Oracle and MSSQL Databases
- Excellent Knowledge and real time experience on Database Monitoring
- Ability to understand Customer issues very quickly based on gathered information
