Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being the Project / Functional Lead for consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud
- Conducting business process analysis, documenting decisions and configuring requirements
- Leading testing, writing test scripts, staging testing data and testing issue solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel to US client locations (25%)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 2+ year of experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and/or Talent Management
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
- 2+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management
- Strong understanding of business processes within HR at all levels
