Job Summary

An academic medical center needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Oracle SQL Programming Developer in Friendswood.

Must be able to:

  • Perform data extraction using reporting platform
  • Utilize efficient operational procedure, work flow, and information technology solutions
  • Perform some application back end development

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience and proficiency in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL programming: Packages & Stored Procedures
  • Experience in creating and utilizing other Oracle Objects such as Triggers, Indexes, and Views
  • Experience with Unix shell programming, familiarity with AIX, korn shell, cron, and Perl
  • Ability to work with interface structures (flat files, csv) and knowledge of FTP, HL7 and X12
  • Experience in Web Development including knowledge in HTML, PHP, ASP, Javascript, & AJAX
