Job Summary
A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop the right client solution
- Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate both clients and fellow consultants
- Build individual and organization change capabilities amongst initiative teams and key stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A 4 year degree
- A minimum of eight (8) years prior Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Strategy, Organizational Change Management consulting or equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in creating and delivering solutions for consumer products and/or life sciences industries as either a consultant or a client
