Job Summary

A data solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Paralegal.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Tracking and managing bankruptcy claims filed for customers who enter into proceedings
• Managing corporate filings
• Creating a single source of truth for all corporate governance documents

Qualifications Include:

• Able to manage a significant workload for two corporate entities
• Paralegal certification or similar certification/experience
• 2 or more years prior experience in an in-house legal department
• Experience with global filings, registrations, and other foreign paperwork
• A desire to juggle a broad variety of legal projects and be a true utility player
