Job Summary
A cloud-based computing software firm has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Paralegal in Jacksonville.
Must be able to:
- Respond to non-party subpoenas for documents and/or appearances
- Handle case management from initial filing through trial and appeal
- Conduct legal research and witness interviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant labor and employment law experience at a law firm or in-house legal department; familiarity with litigation
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience working for a Publicly traded multi-national company
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions/time zones
- Paralegal certificate preferred
