Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Patient Care Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Accommodating payer requests for clinical reviews and Medical Record
  • Facilitating verbal discussion between the respective facility and the payer
  • Scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and managing patient records

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in Acute Care Facility or Centralized Business Office
  • 2+ years of substantial experience and career growth in a Revenue Cycle role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology through college coursework or 2+ years of job training
