Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Payroll Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own full cycle bi-weekly payroll for the US and Canada
- Assist with any internal /external payroll audit tasks, such as workers comp and the 5500
- Answer employee questions from emails and in-house ticketing system
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven ability to work in a VERY face pace environment
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player
- The ability to work under tight deadlines and different time zones
- Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Specialist or similar role processing US and Canadian payrolls
- Full working knowledge of US Multi state payroll including California
- Full working knowledge of taxes as it relates to US payroll, including set up or taking down states
