Telecommute Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A group of agencies that offers a variety of staffing solutions is in need of a Telecommute Senior Payroll Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Auditing payrolls bi-weekly cycles before payrolls are released for processing
• Assisting with accounting journal entries for month-end close
• Providing comprehensive reporting for analysis, audit, and inter departmental support

Qualifications for this position include:

• At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in a senior payroll administration
• Experience maintaining and updating system documentation and adherence to process
• Experience and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Workday HRIS and ADP WFN
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including solid written and verbal communication
