Job Summary
A company providing services and technology for all phases of the home lending lifecycle is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Performance Management Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing quantitative guidance to business leaders to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company
- Translating performance expectations into measurable metrics and indicators
- Coordinating the daily/weekly/monthly business performance management review process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10 years in financial services focusing financial, portfolio or operational performance analysis
- Experience in performance management, advanced analytics, mortgage portfolio analysis, and servicing operations
- Past work that includes implementing and managing mortgage servicing oversight frameworks
- Success working with executives, and senior operational leadership
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
