A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Performance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruiting, challenging, and rewarding A-players
- Leading the Performance engineering team, by coaching and motivating them
- Building and scaling Infrastructure for running Performance Tests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of experience in Performance Engineering and Benchmarking
- Leading and building a Performance or Quality engineering team
- Proficiency with Java, MySQL, and scripting tools such as Python and Shell scripting
- Extensive hands-on experience with performance engineering
- Ability to find the root cause of performance bottlenecks with profiling tools
- Expert in distributed computing systems and stack
