A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Physician Recruiter in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Presenting candidates to leadership in a timely manner with robust and relevant applicant details
• Identifying and sourcing targeted physicians using a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods
• Partnering with physicians and executives to develop opportunity profiles and develop recruitment strategies

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Attend on-site candidate interviews
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system software
• Knowledge of healthcare recruiting and hospital operations
• Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
• Extensive knowledge of principals and practice of business administration
• Valid state Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance required
