Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Platform Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Produce modular, well-tested, and documented code
  • Develop and support a Single Page Application, Node.js APIs, backend services and data stores
  • Collaborate on ideas and thinking through problems with the engineering team

Qualifications Include:

  • Deep JavaScript experience and a history of building performant Node.js applications
  • Passion for developing high-quality, well-tested code
  • Experience developing and debugging Node.js applications in a large-scale production environment
  • Familiar with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing and know when each is appropriate
  • Experience with Github and Agile Development
