A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Policy Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting state-specific legal research
• Monitoring, interpreting and communicating changes in requirements to mitigate risks and achieve compliance
• Reviewing and interpreting laws and regulations and determining their applicability in a given situation

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a medical policy and treatment guidelines
• Experience in developing policy, procedures and guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
