Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Premier Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating triage and prioritization of customer questions and enterprise support tickets
  • Maintaining customer dashboard with relevant product and support metrics
  • Providing holistic coordination between the customer and other organizations

Position Requirements Include:

  • On-site support during critical phases of Hadoop deployments, such as initial production
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Computer Engineering
  • Open Source experience
  • 5 years of technical support experience
  • 2 years of enterprise account management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and processes
