Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Premier Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating triage and prioritization of customer questions and enterprise support tickets
- Maintaining customer dashboard with relevant product and support metrics
- Providing holistic coordination between the customer and other organizations
Position Requirements Include:
- On-site support during critical phases of Hadoop deployments, such as initial production
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Computer Engineering
- Open Source experience
- 5 years of technical support experience
- 2 years of enterprise account management
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and processes
