Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Principal Customer Care Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing high quality customer service while resolving highly complex cases/working with difficult customers
- Contributing to the Knowledge Base via KB creation and KB linking; mentoring others in this area
- Proactively taking cases from senior and unassigned queue as time allows
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel on site
- 9-15 years of Customer Care experience
- 15-20 years in the Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
