Job Summary

A cancer treatment research company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Principal PBPK Modeling Scientist Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working closely with Discovery Project teams to influence programs at TPP design and lead optimiztion
  • Utilizing PBPK and translational modeling tools to enable human PK projections throughout the life of a program
  • Evaluating and guiding novel in vitro tools and methodology to improve prediction of human PK

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors, Masters, or PhD with 0-4 (PhD), 8-10 (MS), or 10-12 (BS) years of experience in pharmaceutical or
  • Related field degree in Pharmacology
  • Experience in PBPK modeling and simulation through internship, industry research collaboration, or direct industry
  • Experience in the use of commercial PBPK modeling software
  • Strong understanding of ADME, PK and DDI concepts
  • Successful track record of applying PBPK into projects
