A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Process Improvement Professional.

  • Meeting established expectations and taking responsibility for achieving results

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or may substitute equivalent education and/or experience for degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Visio and SQL
  • Claims processing experience
  • Ability to learn a complex processing system
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives with little guidance
  • Requires ability to understand policies and procedures for claims adjudication, system support and reporting
