Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Process Improvement Professional.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Proactively identifying improvement opportunities
- Assuring process documentation meets current and future requirements
- Meeting established expectations and taking responsibility for achieving results
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or may substitute equivalent education and/or experience for degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Visio and SQL
- Claims processing experience
- Ability to learn a complex processing system
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives with little guidance
- Requires ability to understand policies and procedures for claims adjudication, system support and reporting
