A healthcare performance improvement company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Product Advisor in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Establish, maintain and deliver education and training programs in a variety of formats
- Provide Subject Matter Expert support of analytical products
- Mentor newly hired staff in product and service delivery
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Facilitating member calls and in-person meetings, presenting to senior level members
- 5 years minimum work experience in a clinical healthcare position involving operations management or patient-facing role
- Must have experience with quality data and performance improvement initiatives or projects
- Experience presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions
