A telecommunications and IT services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Product and Technology Engineering Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Create department structure and processes based on best practices and industry standards
- Ensure that all software solutions are developed efficiently and securely
- Establish and monitor metrics and quality measures throughout the product life cycle
Position Requirements Include:
- 12+ years relevant experience in related fields
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Demonstrated success in developing teams and creating high function organizations
- Strong executive presence, presentation skills and negotiation skills aimed at driving business outcomes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and distill large amounts of information to set and deliver strategy
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of executives and cross functional peer group
