Job Summary
An educational products company has an open position for a Senior Professional Development Designer and Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing compelling in-person, remote, and online professional development sessions
- Advising district partners on professional development strategy and approach
- Assessing impact and effectiveness of training by collecting and analyzing feedback from our partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience teaching literacy to PreK-5th grade students
- Experience (at scale) designing professional development sessions and helping educators learn new things
- Experience advising school leaders on how to lead change within their schools or grade level teams
- Experience collaborating with and influencing senior level staff internally
- Experience managing large-scale projects in a school or district setting, including planning and budgeting
- Demonstrated facility with data analysis and a strong data-driven approach
