Job Summary
A security software and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Senior Professional Services Operations Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Test new features and system maintenance
- Set up and manage all new projects ensuring data reporting and maintenance needs are met
- Collaborate with the Delivery Team to proactively plan and address issues and bottlenecks
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in operations in an IT professional services organization
- Basic understanding of GAAP as it relates revenue recognition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in supporting operations and process improvement
- Confident and resilient – ability to deal with challenges
- Experience with thoughtful conflict resolution
- Excellent communications skills (both written and oral)
