Job Summary

A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Program Manager.

Must be able to:

• Achieve shared business goals with the business unit and Sales and Account Management
• Encourage and enable business to adopt defined CX practices and integrate into ongoing business practices
• Design, develop and implement CX programs and initiatives that support and improve customer experience

Skills and Requirements Include:

• BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
• Certifications in Program or Project Management desirable
• Minimum of 3 years in this type of role or related Program Management experience
• Experience with MS Project or other PM tool required
