Job Summary

A research company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Project Management Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Inspecting the readiness of all elements of personnel management and training
• Actively leading the project review process
• Overseeing and providing mentorship to direct reports for project variance and scope

Qualifications Include:

• Must be available to travel 20 to 40% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• 10-14 years’ experience managing increasingly complex projects in a pharmaceutical company, medical device company or CRO
• 8+ years’ experience supervisory experience
• Strong Budget/finance/costing experience on a project and program level
• Experience in managing complex, global trials; multiple phases; and full life-cycle
