Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Property Casualty Claims Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Directing and planning the work of staff members
  • Hiring, coaching, developing, training, appraising and disciplinary processes for subordinates
  • Supervising the areas of casualty claims adjuster, workers compensation claims examiner, and claims support

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BS / BA or Equivalent Work Experience
  • 5 to 8 years experience
  • Knowledge of claim handling principles, including legal concepts
  • Knowledge of damages, including bodily injury
  • Knowledge of performance management
