Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Property Casualty Claims Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directing and planning the work of staff members
- Hiring, coaching, developing, training, appraising and disciplinary processes for subordinates
- Supervising the areas of casualty claims adjuster, workers compensation claims examiner, and claims support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS / BA or Equivalent Work Experience
- 5 to 8 years experience
- Knowledge of claim handling principles, including legal concepts
- Knowledge of damages, including bodily injury
- Knowledge of performance management
