Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Provider Relations Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in identifying gaps in network composition and services
• Coaching, providing feedback and guide others
• Assisting in end-to-end provider claims processing and resolution

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel on occasion, locally within the state of Kansas
• 2 years of health care/managed care experience
• 2 years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 years experience with Medicaid
• Advanced level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
