Job Summary

A national mortgage originator and servicer has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Real Estate Appraiser.

Must be able to:

• Review appraisal products to verify their compliance with USPAP and GSE guidelines
• Complete production goals to meet monthly audit requirements
• Maintain appraisal review desk level procedures for the company

Qualifications for this position include:

• 10+ years of written licensed appraisal experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Strong analytical skills; sound judgement; solid decision-making skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
