Job Summary
A real estate investment firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Real Estate Investment Business Development Marketing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Accelerate the acquisition of high net worth investors from a variety of referral channels
- Create and manage an effective sales pipeline process
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Investor Services to create high-conversion onboarding programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience in a business development role
- Experience working directly with publishers and other key influencers in the financial services ecosystem
- Experience developing pitch decks and delivering sales presentations
- Creative and data driven, with a hunter mentality
- Self-driven, can develop and prioritize sales pipeline
- CRM proficiency
