Job Summary
An employee-owned staffing firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Real Estate Loan Processor in Rockville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to questions from borrowers and Loan Officers regarding status of loans
- Monitoring of individual pipeline to ensure timely moving of files
- Confirming that loan and applicant’s eligibility requirements conform to credit overlays
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' processing conventional 1st mortgage loans and home equity loans
- Previous Loan Closing experience (3 years min.)
- Working knowledge of CFPB, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines and credit union lending policies, procedures, and regulations
- Knowledge of mortgage loan origination and processing software
- Effective communicattion via telephone, e-mail or fax
- Analytical attention to detail
