Job Summary

A real estate investment firm has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Real Estate Software Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and growing a team of up to 8-10 software engineers
  • Providing career development, goal setting, and coaching to folks in your charge
  • Participating in code and design reviews to help ensure stability and quality

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of experience in Engineering Management
  • Experience hiring, developing, and motivating software engineers
  • Experience designing and building full stack web applications and services and deploying them to production environments
  • Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies
  • Great track record in building and delivering modern B2B and B2C applications in a SaaS company
  • Ability to work successfully remotely
