Job Summary
A talent management company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing and screening large volumes of resumes/candidates for projects with average complexity
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields success, results and credibility
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement resulting in customer satisfaction and project success
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ Years Recruitment Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Related Field
- Demonstrates an ability to accurately assesses people and the environment in which they operate
- Listens to employees, peers, customers and asks open-ended questions to gain clarity and understand frame of reference and root cause
- Probes and asks critical questions in order to reveal the facts about a situation or problem
