A Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing, staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
- Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and assessing high volumes of candidates
- Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years’ recent full cycle recruitment experience in the Transportation Industry recruiting and sourcing for Field Service Technicians & Drivers
- Experience in filling high volume (Non-Exempt) and/or niche hard-to-fill (Exempt) positions
- Excellent customer service delivery, Strong presentation skills verbal and in person
- Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
