Job Summary
A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting with screening applicants/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
- Performing recruitment functions for high volume roles
- Providing comprehensive administrative support of companywide recruiting efforts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Assists with screening applicants, sourcing resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of two years equivalent recruitment experience in a virtual environment
- Demonstrated successful sourcing and recruitment planning skills
- Must have at least 2 years of Driver and Technician recruiting experience
- Strong project management, ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in professional level recruiting roles that include a vast variety of skill sets
