Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is seeking a Telecommute Senior Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manages complex recruiting initiatives
- Identifies and builds community partnerships to generate candidates
- Forecast and manage talent pool size
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA and 6 years experience in staffing, general human resources, and/or account relationship management or
- Additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Advanced knowledge and use software to support sourcing tools and techniques
- Intermediate knowledge of relevant human resources discipline(s), specifically employment law, policy and procedure
- Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products
