Job Summary

A financial services and insurance agency is seeking a Telecommute Senior Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manages complex recruiting initiatives
  • Identifies and builds community partnerships to generate candidates
  • Forecast and manage talent pool size

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA and 6 years experience in staffing, general human resources, and/or account relationship management or
  • Additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Advanced knowledge and use software to support sourcing tools and techniques
  • Intermediate knowledge of relevant human resources discipline(s), specifically employment law, policy and procedure
  • Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products
