Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Influence and improve recruiting processes and metrics
- Leverage technology and tools to maximize candidate quality and personal productivity
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
- Must have pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
- Demonstrated experience and successful execution of niche market and technical recruitment
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as a "Talent Advisor" to senior-level business stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required
