Job Summary
An online retailer has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Regional Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network
- Overseeing the overall safety, quality and performance, and customer experience of operations
- Measuring performance, providing feedback, and holding Operations Managers accountable
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years’ experience with company
- 7+ years direct management experience
- Experience with a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
- Experience with staffing lifecycle (interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, terminations)
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques
