Job Summary

An online retailer has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Regional Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network
  • Overseeing the overall safety, quality and performance, and customer experience of operations
  • Measuring performance, providing feedback, and holding Operations Managers accountable

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years’ experience with company
  • 7+ years direct management experience
  • Experience with a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
  • Experience with staffing lifecycle (interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, terminations)
  • Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques
