Job Summary
A natural disaster assistance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Regional Operations Associate.
Must be able to:
- Manage the full-cycle of recruitment, onboarding and development for volunteers, leaders and instructors
- Gain knowledge and understanding of all functional areas to effectively provide support and oversight
- Train and mentor volunteer leaders on our technology, communication platforms and volunteer management systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Reliable transportation and conferences will be required at a minimum of 1 – 2 weeks of the year
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience coaching and performance management experience
- Volunteer management experience required
- Project management guru with a proven record of defining project scope
- All other requirements necessary for this position
