Job Summary
A software manufacturer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Regional Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the sales team to proper pipeline creation and quarterly bookings success
- Managing the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
- Executing sales activities and strategies to maximize sales bookings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
- 5+ years experience managing sales people in the software industry
- Moderate to high level of solutions and technical knowledge
- Strong understanding of customer/industry climate
- Proven track record of success leading sales teams
