Job Summary

A software manufacturer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Regional Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the sales team to proper pipeline creation and quarterly bookings success
  • Managing the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
  • Executing sales activities and strategies to maximize sales bookings

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • 5+ years experience managing sales people in the software industry
  • Moderate to high level of solutions and technical knowledge
  • Strong understanding of customer/industry climate
  • Proven track record of success leading sales teams
