Job Summary

A CRM software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Regional Success Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help clients consistently meet/exceed goals and metrics
  • Provide prescriptive recommendations for improving system performance
  • Guide customers on implementing performant processes

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS Degree (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in one or more of the following: consulting, technical support, account management or project management
  • Consultative and customer focused approach and engagement style
  • Experience dealing with large scale, technologically complex accounts
  • Ability to navigate, escalate, and lead efforts on complex customer requests
